In about 1990, I read an article in MAN about a guy who had a whole bunch of plywood lying around, and a Quadra engine, so he created something he called "Gator Bait"

When he put it in the water, and ran it, he discovered it sort of hovercrafted when he came onshore! So he decided it was an ELAASTA- Extra Low Altitude All Smooth Terrain Aircraft. Looks a lot like the Agni, you ought to try it on the shore too! Great looking job, waiting for the video

Few queries:

1. Looks like an all plywood construction - what grade / thickness?
2. Has she been fibreglassed?
3. Would you care to share the plans?

Thanks and regards.

puneeth.suvarna

yes you are absolutely right... Its a plywood model... We used marine plywood of 2mm and 5mm thickness...2mm for covering 5mm for bow  And its fyber glassed... Its 4ft in lenght 2ft in breadth and 3inch in height...
About the plan its own designed ,we Just drawed in the drawing sheet and then made into scale..
