Title: switch for bait boat

Good day all,

As a RC Pilot i have no but no idea about boat not even the slightest idea. :headscratch: :headscratch: :headscratch:
We busy building a bait boat, but if a 2 ch radio is recommended, for boats  :banghead: :banghead: :banghead: :banghead:
how do i tip the bait trays on the boat, if i have 2 channels on the rx and tx on is throttle and other ruder. ??? ??? ???
HOW DO I CONTROL THE BAIT TRAYS ??????? PLEASE HELP?????? :help: :help: :help:

do you actually have a 2 channel radio or are u using only 2 channels...?

I have 2ch radio and I have 4ch and 6ch, 7ch and 9ch radios
I don't under stund the thing that they say I must use a 2ch radio. How do I controll the bait trays

try using a 4 channel radio or a 6 channel radio ..... configure your throttle channel and rudder channels to the respected Servos and escs use one of the remaining channels and preferably use a switch to move a servo from position minimum to maximum and use it to tip you bait tray.... I hope u get it....

I can do that aswell, but I'm not keen on taking my hitec or futabu radios to the fishing waters,and do I use one of the entry level 4ch radios o have
Ille have the set the tips to one of the gimble movements as they don't have any extra switches, unles I. Have an old 6 ch from e sky with extra switches on top wich I don't use any moe but is a heli config radio

no problem configure the 3rd channel to a gimbal...

And what is the storie with 2.4 a lot of ppl say I must not use 2.4 on the boat but I also read a lot of pple don't have a proplem with 2.4 on the water

i havent experienced any problems
but i have heard 2.4 ghz gives less range in water so play safe

I'm geusing on 2.4 the water bounch the radio wave, coz on my 40% scale sukoi I'm running out of sight before om running out of range,and that with my 2.4 hitec optic 6
