No, you can't connect it directly. You'll need a brushed ESC. You can purchase one (easier but costlier) from a LHS. You could also easily build one if you are familiar with electronics and microcontrollers. I could give you circuit details if you want.

Nothing less than Rs 1500 for a HK 2.4G Trnasmitter, that too with a big risk of the radio getting stuck in customs.
