Building on what Rajat has said, please do more research of your own.It seems that your own goal is not clear and you don't know what you want to do.A 'search' box can help you a lot.And you always have google. So,I suggest you do some reading, have a few choices at hand and then go into the intricacies.Once you have options,we can help you.Just think about it.Don't your questions seem very vague? :)

I'm sorry if I sound mean but this is how it is. :)

(horrible typos by me  >:( )

Mr. Mod is right. Firstly read, if any probs, PM us. Though reading is more than enough.

RCU has quite a lot for beginners.

A custom build rc car will be too expensive than a readymade one. You need at least one differential unit (for rear drive) and two for 4 wheel drive (4WD). Practically this is quite impossible. I tried once. These bevel gears are not available, if so very expensive. Apart from this you need right kind of wheels, Suspension system, chassis, gear system etc. etc. But a skid & steer type rc car is possible with electric motors. Everything is available at

Recently they came up with a new Remote system.
