They are pretty good for indoor use. But you will be needing a Lipo to fully enjoy it's micro brushless power. All in all you will like it.
But the micro in Losi arsenal which is getting quite a praise is:

It is a slow going trail truck & quite capable for what it does.
I don't know about its availability in India but you can contact UMS technologies.
Importing it will not be a problem as it is not very expensive.

Mugen Seiki Rules
Why do you want such a small scale unless its for a kid? Its pure indoor only. And not a great value for the price. Invest a little more and go for a 10th scale.
