Hey guys I am trying to design and make a 3 wheeled Rc car , first prototype is ready , will do the first run tomorrow , specs -

Motor - top star 1400 kv
Battery - 7.4 v 1300 mah
Esc - 20 amp avionic
Servo - metal gear 9g servo ( tried a plastic one , but it got crushed )

Pls share your thoughts guys .

It's a direct drive system .

If the motor does not perform well , I'll change it to a motor with 700 gm thrust and a 40 amp esc .

hey Devang,
nice work there mate, I've seen your other mod as well and i must say, your ingenuity is really appreciable.
for three wheeled cars, the guy you should be looking upto is Anjan Babu, he is the master of everything with three wheels.... get in touch with him and you'll be amazed.

That's pretty good for your first prototype, you already have a brushless power system and a 2.4 gig radio.
My first car was a wee bit clumsy, running on brushed motor and 27MHz toy car radio. Wink
