This forum seems very silent with little to no discussion (especially about RC cars). So lets post photos of our RC car collections along with brief details about the upgrades done to them.

I have a Traxxas Summit 1/10 and two Scx24 Jeep JLUs.

The Traxxas Summit only has upgraded servos (the stock ones failed quickly). I broke a shaft and a metal part which connects the rear diff to shaft too in seperate incidents but those were replaced with stock ones.

Upgrades I have done to one of my Scx24s:
1. Injora 050 50t purple motor for more torque.
2. Injora deep dish stamped steel wheels (silver) for lowering the COG and better performance.
3. RC4WD Goodyear Wrangler MT/R 1.0 wheels (2.13 inch outer diameter & 0.77 inch width) for more traction, lowering the cog a little (due to foam inside) and better performance.
4. Cchand Micro series LED light set for driving in the dark.
5. Front and rear bumpers totally removed to get a greater than 90° approach angle (this >90° approach angle really helps a lot and I like climbing walls vertically with the front wheels which is also useful when there is less space for turning back in a certain area) and an almost 90° departure angle.

In my opinion, the Jeep JLU is the best to buy among all Scx24s performance wise (talking about the V2 esc version ofcourse), most other Scx24s wont have a >90° approach angle even with the bumper removed (unless the body or chassis are changed or something like that) and the Scx24 Bronco is so top heavy. And other upgrades can be similarly done to all of them.

(My second Scx24 i.e. one in the third picture has no real upgrades, only some homemade scale features.)
