Hello All,

I bought a Second Hand Thunder Tiger SSK V2 Nitro Truck few Months back and didn't get enough time to run it.
I start it and it start in just 2-3 pulls, then I run it and observed at around 50% throttle it stops,

So I bring it back and put it in box for later (was busy in some study)

Today I open it and read its manual
And found same problem,

So Problems are :

1. On 30 -40% throttle it stops
2. If break, it stops

Then I removed its Air Filter (to check, as per its manual) and found something wearied
a cylinder is coming out (don't know whats it called) which is connected to throttle know (Pics are attached)


Can Any Buddy Help me to override this issue.....

Rotary carb.  Lookks like yer barrels popped off .. push back the barrel and tighten the screw in the centre of the picture ... i hink since yer idle screw was backed out too much thebarrels come out

 But im not sure since i dont use rotary carbs .. they are problematic

Sorry I didnt understand by Rotary Crabs ??

The carb u have in your engin is called rotary type of carburater n other type which is more popular now is called slide type of carburater .. i think the silver drum kind of cylinder has come outside the carb becuz your idle screw is too outside .. push the drum back and slide it in and screw the idle screw in an adjust the idle gap. Hope it helps

I thought Crab mean waste, not carburetor............lol
I screwed that inside completely and open it 1 Turn, Now on Carburetor Hole I can see that Silver Drum Hole exactly on center.
I think that it should be, Its night no I'll test it in Morning,

but will this also solve my other problems like

Engine stop at more then 30% throttle
Engine Stop when I use Break

I have done some changes in Carb,
Attaching 3 Pics of Carb in Different-2 Stage
1. Idle
2. Full Throttle
3. Break

Low Speed Needle has been already disturbed, So I tight is completely and then Loose 1 Turn.
If I am not wrong then LSN is just a setting of a pin that goes inside of a Fuel pipe
when we give throttle this cylinder move left (because of Idle Screw) towards LSN and also that pin create gap in that pipe and fuel comes

Gbisht .. your idle gap should be about 1mm or less when appyling brakes or in normal condition and u should alway adjust idle with idle screw and not from radio trims ..that the reason why engine goes off while braking . then reason why it cuts off at throttle is all in the tune.. if it cuts off immediately when u apply throttle then engin is lea on hsn

And if it itt cutsoff aftr sometime aftr giving throttle then ita too rich on hsn... never tighten your carb needles fully ul spoil the carb .. and also give 1 mm ide gap and tune the lsn to give steady idle ... which is equally important needle.. check tuning videos in youtube it will help u. But normall people set their lsn rich n hsn lean to compromise rich lsn and thats a mistake people mostly make. Check for smoke and temp from time to time .. all d best

No problem gbisht, even me I am just a beginner and have little or no knowledge about RCs but too much into it already  this forum is already helping me and also research on the net or youtube definitely helps alot. Anyway regarding your LSN check this video out, its there in the previous video also but incase you missed it 

Hi,

Today I opened my RC CAR Carb completely and clean it and then reassembled it,
Now Car is starting on normal (idle) speed HSN is opened 2.5 Turn and LSN is also set, car is taking Full Throttle now

Still not tested on Road......Will do it on Saturday and will update you all accordingly
