Title: Up gradation of modelart sandstorm Post by: chintan joshi on June 11, 2014, 09:50:29 AM I am currently owning a modelart sandstorm 1:16 electric off-road truggy. I am looking for anyone who is having this rc car and has upgraded it. I want to know what upgrades u guys have made and where have you found those parts. To the other rc experts out there, if you have any idea about this car then please suggest some upgrades. It has one brushed 25000 rpm motor with 800mAh 15C battery and a built in esc-receiver 20A unit. ;D

But since yours has Rx+ESC as a combined unit, you may need a new radio too if you're switching to a brushless ESC.

Title: Re: Post by: sachin_k5 on September 16, 2014, 12:24:37 PM Ok the first thing is to upgrade is the battery. Get a 2000 mah plus. Next can be the servo to give you better control. Motor and Esc have to be done together and that may cost a bit.
