Such a drone with a waypoint mission planner can do anything and the operations can be remotely monitored by internet, they don't even need radio inputs.

it is with the useful payload. with current technology it is not feasible to deliver a meaningful load over a meaningful distance economically. also the delivery vehicle will be worth many times more than the cargo .
