Amazing if its possible than is it possibel it doing without an optical cable using direct laser beam ? if yes! a revolution of wireless power tranmission is at the door step!

Anyone would like to discuss this  :salute:...

Just found a video of 'laser power beaming technology' being demonstrated (on a micro-helicopter). The video is presented by Tom Nugent, president of LaserMotive.

The only challenge i can think is the weight of the cable..............longer the cable -- more the thrust. more the thrust -- heavy the motor....
