Because, most people search on google for what they want and if you're not on the front page, then you dont exist for 99% of the people.

They have a drag and drop builder, meaning its just like MS Word! You want some text somewhere ? Just take the text box and put it over there. Thats it!
Their website templates are really good too!
All their packages come with everything you need, from hosting to support in making your dream site!
All you need other than squarespace is a domain, and I see that you already have it. Nothing else needed.
