One would ever love the way HK positions it self in a business whose customers are divided between loyalty, price, innovation and low volume (compared to other hobbies at least, even in west). Today I saw this new 'Instant Discount" popup by HC where they actually profiled my repeated visit to an item I have yet not bought and offered instant discount of $2 (less than 1%, but still).
Its great to see they keep putting innovation in their portal to surprise customers and keep them attached.
