Might I say I am quite impressed by the Mumbai FPO customer care office. Picked up the call and gave me the information needed.

According to them it has cleared customs and will leave for Pune in 2-3 days. the Kolakata Airport Office is only because they send some confirmations there.

Guys this thread helped me before, now i want lil help again, i have an EMS parcel coming from singapore, today it went into customs then its retentioned stating "Inappropriate invoice"
Then again retention for other reasons, now its sent to domestic region, I wana ask if i am free from custom charges? Os is it really released by customs? As its have wierd reason for retention but its released , pls enlighten me guys, pls reply if you are free "NIATRAB"

Well First of all if you see its send to Domestic Lication So No Problem you will get in 3 to 5 working days.But if you dont mind can you please tell me what item it wqs then i can say that duties will be charged or not? ??Well now as Its EMS there are chances that duties may get charged.Now so dont worry in just 1 to 2 days what you can do is track the parcel at Domestic Tracking that Is Indian Post Website so you can get to know where your parcel is.and yes while telling the item can you please tell me its price too.

Hey aman thanks for replying, it was a tablet from aliexpress.com costing 96$ and 34$ for EMS shipping, and i dont know what does the seller marked it as, and i tracked it on domestic ems tracking its showing retention for inapropiate invoice, thats why i am confused,

Well now as the item is sent to domestic location there can be customs charges and i think seller marked the price ver low thats why customs caught it.Well dont worry you will soon receive it and if you had to pay any customs duties then just update it here that how much you paid? ??But i hope that you dont get charged any customs  duties

Is there anyone here who has refused to accept the delivery after parcel is charged with high duty ?? What is the next step post takes,
 Do they return parcel to sender
 Do they send back to customs

Well After Returning the Parcel they Send back To The Sender Address.It Usually Takes Some time to Go Back and second thing It Does not go to Customs as Its come as Cleared from Customs.
If you have send back a parcel just Inform The seller and he may refund you the amount paid for the product.

Is it SJCAM Wifi Version ?

Yes

Then you will require a WPC NOC(or ETA) as it contains a wireless system

The word WIFI in the invoice may be the problem.

Is there any way I can pay some charges and release the parcel from costumes.

And Yes One More Thing You may have to pay Some Duty I mean Customs Charges Well As Its Registered Post So I hope you don't pay any duties but then Also Sometimes Duties Are charged But that too Rarely.
