same thing happend with me
all you can do is wait
even my parcel say returned item from customs since last week
and 25th dec was a holiday
and its christmas your parcel so lots of ppl ordering stuff online ,so it wont be reaching you soon all you can do is wait
if it has left customs even calling them is not going to help you
its fpo who has to get it from customs and give it to local post office
no lookout of customs
you may try calling fpo but thats not going to get your parcel any faster 

I called the FPO Yesterday, They didn't lift the Phone the first time, but then again a lady lifted it and told me it was in the audit section. So, she gave me a ballard estate customs office number and I called them they didn't receive the call until 12 calls. Then I gave my Local tracking number and then they sent it to domestic location ie., to Hyderabad.

Hey Broomy Yes i see it takes time Mate Some persons Parcel do not get updated in moth too!!!!.
But this is also possible that Your Parcel Would have reached the destination from where it will get it delivered to you but they are not updating because they very lazy .
Patience is only the key

You have to wait mate specially importing these items from any part of the world as they would have inserted the item in the bag so i think you should one time enquire at your local Post office Until then nothing can be happened my mate

This is my first post on this forum. Came across this forum, as one of my shipments via DHL tracking #: 1626151575 got held at customs & DHL asking for NOC from WPC. I'm unable to understand, why DHL is asking for NOC from WPC, as this shipment only had cellphone accessories (batteries, cases & cables) coming into it.

What I understand after looking at WPC website, that they may object any shipments coming with items that run/works on some frequency. However, there is no item in this shipment, which runs of any kind of frequency.

I tried looking for WPC's Delhi phone numbers, but couldn't find anything. This shipment is really important to me, as it contains $200 worth of items.

Please advise, what can be done or direct me in some direction!

Any help in this regard will be much appreciated!

I'v ordered a small stepper motor online (some site in Hong kong). Its shipped via registered mail. I'm unable to track it. Hongkong post tells package is in transit in its destination as of 1st January. However, i'm unable to track where in India it is. tracking ID is RC345442488HK

Earlier I was using http://ipsweb.ptcmysore.gov.in/ipswebtracking/  for tracking but this is no longer reachable !! ? 

Any help is appreciated.

When was it shipped ?
It usually takes 20 to 25 days to reach at ur doorstep

it was shipped last month 24th ( 2013-12-24)...I'm unable to track it..

in HK post i get this message "The item (RC345442488HK) was in transit within its destination country on 1-Jan-2014."

but i don't know where in India it is. 

My parcel too is stuck somewhere... It was shipped on 14/12/2014...

Its held u wont get it legally

no information is given,,,why its held...

Well then plz contact fpo/ customs
And ask them where is your parcel
If they do say that it is held or seized
Ask them the reason for it and documents regarding seized parcel

Go to 17track.net.  Your parcel is in transit within India.

today i received a letter from fedex stating that any parcel with out any proper document or import licence will attract duty which will be 28% of value of goods plus 300rs .except it should be gift or business sample not exceeding 10000rs .
this rule is from jan 2014,
i paid 1170rs for 35$ parcel from hobbyking via fedex priority.
i thought of sharing with you all.
i hope it may help you .

Great news order anything declare it as gift and request the seller to remove its name so it remains a gift
No custom duty.......

Finally, I got my parcel today Morning......No customs duty...
