Well I think IPS WEB tracking is perfect I think so because if its sent to Hoshiarpur then Please check your nearest post office how much time does it take from the Hoshiarpur to your nearest post office.

Hi, I am new to this good forum.I am facing some problem regarding my parcel from Australia.  It is a medical item parts  bought from ebay for about 200 usd including shipping. track no. EQ035126315AU .Held in foreign post  customs kolkata from 10 dec.I dont mind paying the duty .i have signed invoice and purchase proof. should i contact them or wait? Is it normal delay for xmass?

actually hoshiarpur is our district and is 50km away from my city. i think they hav send my parcel to my city.. tomorrow ill visit my post office and ask them for my parcel..

Souviksh, you have to go to the foreign post office with invoice and other documents related to purchase as the status says inappropriate invoice. If you delay your parcel may be sent back.

I got my SJCam SJ4000 WiFi within 4 days of ordering it from Aliexpress.com. It was shipped to my via DHL, but DHL charged me Rs. 1307/- as customs duty, still i was OK with it at least my stuff was in my hand and i had to pay the duty right at my home. IMO I think ordering through DHL or Fedex is good option but it's just me, please share any negative experiences if any so that we can be aware in future.

First of all Hey Guys!
Im new to this n like everyone else im obviously excited about anything RC.

My Concern:
I had placed an order for an Eachine Quadcopter in www.banggood.com on the 10/12/2014 and it was shipped on 14/12/2014.Since then I have been able to track it on www.17track.com as it is by registered airmail and the tracking information is as follows :

Destination Country - Tracking Consuming: 22526 ms - Go to official website

My concern is
A) How long will it take for it to clear customs (info. Total Amount paid : Rs.1900 which is less than 2000) and will it get stuck at customs on its way to Bangalore(Destination). -note- Remote is included

B) When can i expect to receive my Shipment,cause its already been more than a month since i place my order and according to their policies i should have got it within 7-25 days.

First Of All Welcome To The Forum Well its been 5 days you don't have a Update Right ?? Well you will have to Wait My Friend sometimes what happens it directly comes to your homes so don't worry you should receive it soon. If you don't receive it then its stuck in customs I think so.
But I hope you will get your money back by Banggood Poilcy.But Don't worry you should receive it.

And ur right its been only 5 days at customs (3 working days cause 2nd sat is a holiday) and ur right about banggood policy too they do give u a full refund, so my best bet would be to wait for it.
