If its EMS then it is very likely you'll get a notice within the next 15-20 WORKING days. Please wait till then. Don't worry.

You are right sir, but Here it is the Expected date of delivery going to end in cool16yash's case. We can request a refund for "Item not received" case only after the expected delivery date . Still I would not open a case before contacting seller, Better try contacting the seller, and if no positive or helpful response for 2 - 3 days , then Open a Case.

Oh is it? I didn't know about this.  As I said I used ebay only 2-3 times for international orders and everytime I received the products on time. I just rem seeing the options - "RECEIVED... / DID NOT RECEIVE..."

Anyway lets hope he gets his parcel as soon as possible.

I have experience of a parcel delivered with in 10 days of payment (HK post i think)
And also some ESCs took 56 days for  it's journey to India - Both from ebay

I bought several items from Banggood (with tracking details) and they ALL arrived on time. I bought just one item that was shipped by ordinary airmail without any registration that item never arrived.

thanks you,waiting is a good idea or to call the customs,i am from andhra pradesh but the customs office is 400 km away......
i received two orders before from postman by paying tax directly to the postman,they are registered mails

EMS may calculate tax on its own and send the parcel but if it finds that the phone and the declared customs value are very diff then they usually send notice asking for invoice etc.

ye,it is a iphone and it is valued around 50 or 70$,what can i do if want it quickly i am very nervous about that,because it is ordered on behalf of my relative 

You cant do anything now until customs decides to contact you or send the parcel itself. You have to wait and wait and wait now.

I received my shipment today and everything was perfect except that the lipo usb wire charger is kinda defective and does not glow red when in charging mode and so i have to blindly put it for charge not knowing wen it is done.

But other than that everything else is fine

The status is stuck at 'Return Item from Customs'
Normally, it doesnot happen.

First Of all welcome to the forum.Now So as you said why they are not being sent to domestic location am i right?? well mate it takes some time its been like 5 days i think so and obviously one sunday was also in between so dont worry as the parcel has returned from customs.You should receive it soon mate.
