the grievance case is closed.
Their reply was "Tracking Number is not a customs documents. Moreover the Customs is not the cusstodian of Godds received through post/courier. Please contact the concerned deptt."
What should i do?

Actually Yes They Are replying this Because this is the Fault Of The Postal System ( India Post ) That it is not delivered to you there is no customs they have already cleared it. But now we have got to follow the Postal Complain That is the Indian Post Complain Mate. And Yes from tomorrow I am starting a search for you by calling the post offices so don't worry. I will Try my best to help you mate.

I have booked 4 parcels from the different countries and as I am a philatelist,I booked some philatelic items like stamp covers and special cards released by the different governments and here are the tracking numbers of the items ,

The problem is that these four parcels are in same condition because 3 out of 4 parcels came to Kolkata customs and the status is showing awaiting presentation to customs commissioner but it is not updated from one week onwards ..
Could you please check with it and let me know the status please

First Of All Welcome To The Forum. Now Towards your parcels. I see You have Ordered Stamps,FDC Covers,Miniature Sheets And All Right. Well I wanted to know that have you ordered it in Huge Quantity??? If Yes then you don't need to worry it will take some time but it will get cleared and if no there nothing to be worried of.Well actually what happens is that in these Things specially Stamps,Notes and all seller sends the Items in A Letter Or Envelope so what the customs think that it is a letter and sends it to Domestic location directly without even sending it to customs. But in this case it has gone to customs because I think so the package/parcel was little bit big in size that's why it was sent to Customs.
Well Now Actually What problem is that The Customs are awaiting presentation of what things you have ordered and the amount of those things. This Happens A Lot Specially in Kolkata Customs. But Don't Worry As Its Been Just 4 days now.

Actually just 2 days before I made a calk to the foreign post office regarding this issue and they told me that ,the customs commissioner is on leave since one week and he would release all the parcels only after his arrival and I asked him how much time it will take and they simply told we don't know ...
So just waiting for him to arrive and I am also not knowing whether he came or not

Now As Your parcel was sent to Bangalore Customs What I think is that it takes time to reach customs and by today it would have been reached and will take some time to clear customs. Well now its just been 8 days it was dispatched to Customs and in that 8 days one day was Sunday. Well don't worry sund what happens is that if Bangalore Customs receives the parcel also it doesn't update. So sometimes the receiver doesn't know and the parcel gets delivered to him.
If you don't mind can I ask what you ordered and How much did pay at total I mean CIF value( Cost+ Freight (Shipping)+Insurance)

        Firstly thanks for all the encouraging words.
 Its a cellphone for my sister costing $105 + free shipping,but the order is invoiced at $39 and declared non commercial sample by the shipper,will there be any duty I need to pay & is this the reason its taking long?
  I've been calling the numbers given by you above.its always busy no matter whenever you try it.I might have tried atleast 100 times to call them.I'm just bit worried,cause the status after 20th hasn't moved further.I really appreciate all your help.

First of all welcome To The Forum.Now As The Status Shows that The Parcel Has Returned from the customs and after always in almost every consignment the parcel gets send to Domestic Location. So that means sent to your area local post office for Delivery. As Soon as the status shows that It is 'sent to Domestic location' you should receive it in 1 to 3 working days.

Ok So its phone well as the declared value is less I think they may ask you for invoice to gets it real value its very common that seller declares low Value but the customs also gets to know that. And Yes it will Take time To clear mate but don't worry okay I will try to help you as much as I can.

@ Sund :- Now as I told you before that sometimes The consignment clears customs and They don't update it and I think so this is what has happened in your case sund. If you live in HSR Layout then I think you will receive the parcel as I tracked your parcel in The Domestic Tracking System i.e www.indiapost.gov.in and got this Update :-
28/04/2015 04:31:16 BANGALORE CITY RMS (CRC) Article Bagged to HSR LAYOUT 
that means your parcel has cleared customs and its sent to Domestic location this is what I think now. Well and yes I think you should receive it in 1 to 2 Business and as soon as you receive it just update it here and yes if any customs duties will be imposed just update it here too but I hope that you don't have to pay any duty.

I purchased the dji phantom3 advanced with official box contents and made shipping through DHL from china to india  via aliexpress so i mentioned the price of $99 as invoice do the indian custom's will allow my parcel

I personally would not recommend this.. but now since you have ordered it hope every thing goes fine..  please keep us updated on this.  Ho much did you pay for the phantom3 advanced?
