i am asking for average price including complex and simple drawing

It depends on material, thickness, laser power etc. there is no average price that can be given.

The total cost is divided into two parts:
1) Cost for the cutting time. It is generally 7 to 12 rupees per minute.
2) Cost of the material (depending on the area of the material). In case of acrylic this depends on thickness of the sheet, its quality and sometimes its color. 2mm and 3mm imported acrylic sheets are usually affordable.

If you are talking about quadcopter kits, then depending on the size, it can cost you anywhere between 1000 to 3000 rupees. If you are serious about this, go for carbon fibre or glass fibre sheets as they are much more durable and light weight than acrylic.
