They hold anything with them!! I'd suggest you to go to the custom office. Go there and be calm, don't get furious if they say "no" to release it. A camera shall have no problem in getting imported I suppose ;D And yeah, Which website did you use?? Send them the the proof thro email....

That shouldn't be a problem then. Usually, they don't have any logo so, goes through customs without major problems. But customs random checks are inevitable, and you might be the unlucky one. Get your invoice, and pay them a visit(if the office is near you).
