FRAUD ALERT!!!!!!

This post is in the interest of all the members of flying community. Meet this bastard, "Amiya Ranjan Nayak" who has cheated me of Rs. 11400/-. This is his complete address:

Now, here is how he cheated me. He purchased some RC goods worth Rs. 11400/- from me in the month of April, 2021. He requested me that his payment from a client is due and he will make the payment once the items are shipped. I agreed to his offer as he had purchased rc goods from me in the past also. He promised that he would make the payment on receipt of parcel.

After the parcel was delivered, i called him over his mobile to process the payment. From here he started making excuses, like he was suffering from Corona. I took the liberty and allowed him to make the payment once he is recovered from the Corona infection. He recovered from Corona infection within a month. I urged him to process the payment, but he went on making more excuses, like, he will make the payment by evening, but no payment was made. I kept on reminding him and he kept making more and more excuses. Then he started ignoring my calls and messages. Finally, he blocked me over mobile and Whats APP. I called him through other numbers and he would block every number I used to call me. He then started abusing me and also started threatening me.

In the meantime, he got married with his girlfriend, Ms. Tanushree Tanaya, on 07/07/2021. I managed to contact his wife and told her how her husband cheated me of Rs. 11400/-. His wife, another big fraud, also blocked me within a day. What a coordination between the two! The Bunty and Bubbly duo was doing their job perfectly. Rather, forcing her husband to make the payment, he was giving full support to him.

It’s a heartfelt request to all the RC Community, please beware of dealing with this fraud person namely, “Amiya Ranjan Nayak”.

Valuable comments on all RC Community members would be highly appreciated. Please help my voice reach everyone out there. I don’t care, I get my money or not, but I want to make everyone aware that how such bastards are cheating the innocents.

You should raise a complain at Cyber-cell because it is related to online purchasing fraud.

It is not about money, it is about teach a lesson to that bastard.

If you cheated by someone please put it into RCI.

Had a talk with Mr Rajeev personally and denying paying anything, And see the height of his stupidity that he is even saying do what ever you want to do i will not pay it back .
I would request every one who know him or make him realize his stupid act and pay back Rajeev sir money as soon as possible and keep a distance from him in near future.

Amiya Ranjan Nayak is a damn high grade liar. Now, he is posting fake stories on Facebook. He has cheated many other rc hobbyists and flyers. Infact his entire family is group of crooks.

Kindly see the what's app conversation and also see the way he is a threatening me.

I have lodged a formal complaint with police. They are taking lawful action against this fraud.

It is to inform all the members that an FIR has been registered against this Bastard "AMIYA RANJAN NAYAK". Notice has been issued to him. He will be behind the bars soon.
