One of my best buddies is in America.How much hassel would it be for him to purchase any item on AliExpress and send it to me Via USPS Priority mail International.I am mainly Interested in ESC' and Propeller
Does anybody have such experience.Help me out in this one please

I Suggest you first talk to seller and if he is interested to deal outside aliexpress, if he accepts pay him via Paypal he uses Dhl or Fedex to send it directly to India from there. If not chose your way and check locally too.

if its just ESC and Propeller ... then just ask on this forum someone may have your requirement .

Not recommended at all.
Its better ,you buy it in India

or get someone/seller who could Import it in India and then sell you the products or parts

At current scenario,

its better to check with some seller and  get the parts available from the seller available in India.
The Shipment is getting delayed to a large extent.

All the ships and cargoes are not being cleared due current pandemic situation at China/Hongkong.
Hence the ports are blocked.

Plus Ali express,Banggood ,(gear best) are not shipping to India at the moment.

Once the situation returns to normalcy then it could be otherwise advisable
