Hi Friends,
I have order an item from sp4mm3r.It has been more than one and a half month that I have placed my order (Mobile phone) in sp4mm3r
RF536805984SG is my tracking Order
Now I am having a big head ache from 1week because my parcel tracking details shows that the parcel has been shipped from Chennai to Banglore sub foreign exchange office....From 1 week it's showing the same status.,...Plz help me in solving my problem

Same thing happened with my parcel and i waited for 4 days and yesterday, i dialed number of kolkata foriegn post office and i told him my problem but person(from foriegn post ooffice) told me that he can't help me. I told him my area region etc but person doesn't want to help me. After sometime, tracking is updated and delhi post office received parcel.
You can contact foreign post office and register a complaint on Indian post.

I tried calling Banglore sub foreign exchange office but no one responded

Somebody plzzz help me in solving my problem

you can file a complaint on Indian Post and Indian Consumer Forum.

Today I had been to sub foreign exchange office and enquired about my parcel ...They told me that the parcel has been declined by custom ..and also they asked me to pay 12000rs as custom duty to get my product.......
So someone plZZz help me ...What should I do now???

What is the price of your phone??
20% percent is the custom duty of your phone.
Is that seller sent phone in parcel as Gift or not?
Most of the products as gift get passed from customs without any problem.

The price of my mobile is 22500rs...
The parcel was packed with a silver coloured material..
