First  get familiar with a 3d CAD tool. Fusion 360 from Autodesk is a great one. It has got free trial and free for hobbyist.

Not autocad but Fusion360. You will get plenty of video tutorials in youtube.

Flipkart cancelled my order, and after ordering again this time via Amazon, I got my hands on this precious book. Its really a fantastic book today, excellent coloured drawings and photographs. Loving it from day 1 . A million Thanks Iyer Sir, for recommending this book. I wish I had it 30years ago.
