Please do not switch on the electronics, remove the battery and keep the Spark in the SUN for 3-4 hours to allow the water to completely evaporate. DO this for 3-4 times. Once completely dried, then you can try switching ON and check in DJI assistant for all parameters and calibration. Repairing cost will be equal to purchase cost very few service centers in INDIA. You can pm them they might be able to help you. Also like Sanjay Sir has said so not switch on the quad, for around a day or two, you can even dry it using hair drier.
