Firstly I would suggest to remove other posts so that we can maintain a single thread
Cannot open your form
I really like your idea about having a dedicated app for connecting drone enthusiasts, locations, trainers, pilots, professionals.  {:)} {:)} :salute: :salute:

But I don't know how secure is the individuals data which is of much more importance at present.
However I need to comment on this one. The app is in the development stages and I will share the details in a few week, when it is presentable. The app code named "Central Drone Management Application" in short CDMA will allow users to register their drones and then collaborate with more users who sign up using the app. I am working out on a process to verify users with ADHAAR data but I am looking for your views. This can be incorporated in the second phase.
You cannot ask for aadhar details please even though you say that it is just used in verification process I don't recommend it. You can be anyone but its a big no. I cannot discuss much about it here.

Thanks for your valuable feedback. I have been able to speak with someone at DGCA regarding developing this app and probably with some support can get someone there help us. I am trying to bridge the gap b/w users and goverment officials so that they dont later delay the process by saying we do not have registered users! I may be thinking too much but of course ADHAAR data will not be mandatory.

Thank you for your feedback. I am new to the forum and not aware of all the rules but I will research and update my posts.

Thanks Mehul for your support. Well, i do not have the capacity to legalize drones/planes but I wish I could do it! Of course the app will support fixed wings planes down the line. By our joint effort, we might one day be able to show the government that there is demand for civil applications. Please stay in touch as I will share updates frequently.

The policemen will catch if they spot unusual behavior. Moreover, till the time a policy is in place its their way of making some bucks. We all are waiting for the regulation to be implemented. It's our responsibility to keep our Air Space safe as it's a matter if National security too! The Government has a point but also require solutions!

@anuragmj

May I know why do you need our address, phonenumber etc for building the APP. I also design app based solutions but we never ask for personal informaton from potential clients/downloaders. The app will be very helpfull no doubt but from the specification you plan it donsn't seem to relate to users personal data.

@shirsa2001

How does one think of approaching a Government agency and show them how many WE are? I can't use arbitrary numbers, right? I am trying to collect data, and a cumulative figure will be shown to some Authorities. Since you are a programmer, I am sure you understand the amount of junk data that gets captured too?

Consider this: I tell you that I will give you 1 crore as gift, you won't believe and would like to see it first? Similarly, I am trying to build a density map which will plot us on a map which might some day help us in situational awareness too! Also, it's just a way of connecting with like minded people.  :)

But thanks for showing interest and I will PM you with more specifics soon.

Cheers,

@anuragmj

So in that scenario why don't you upload the app first in google app store and share the link.
We will be happy to download and post the relevant data through the app registration process.
Once you get considerable amount of downloads you can approach any agencies govt/non govt for further process.
Till then the govt specific modules can be in "coming soon.." stage.
That will be fully legit too.
