Hello friends
Just wanted to know if i order motors esc and few others for quadcopter from ebay international is it safe and will i have to pay any extra custom charges and any other extra payments??
Never bought online from international store so guys need help

I bought 90% of my parts From ebay, Till, now Nothing is caught by customs. I didn't had to pay a rupee more than the stated selling price + shipping .

I have purchased 100% of my items from ebay international. There are somethings you got to know:
1. Some sellers require the buyer to have a certain amount of +ve feedbacks.
2. Sometimes shipping to India is excluded, you have to check if the seller sends the items to India.
3. Check for Aramex shop and ship in India, this is a very cool service as Aaramex handles all your customs for a fee.
On point #3 I'm pretty sure there is a aramex in India, but not sure if they have the "shop and ship" service.
Check on justdail for aramex, give them a call and ask if they have a shop and ship service.
Reason:
Once you open a shop and ship account, you will get mailboxes provided by aramex throughout the world, namely
UAE, US, Hongkong, India, Germany, UK, turkey, South Africa and many more..this way you can order a item for example; from US and provide your US address, then once the items reaches your Aramex US address Aramex takes control of the shipment till it reaches your door including customs.

Secondly, even before I opened my Aramex account, I ordered certain things from Ebay, some non RC, shipments came without a scratch.


Lastly, call this Number +91-22-33003300 to check if they provide this service in India.

Once I made a post regarding shopandship which I am using regularly. I am not using it much in India, since aramex will put customs duty even for sample. They will ask for invoice as well transaction statement (I hate this) from bank or paypal and I stopped using it in India.
I regularly use it in Kuwait.

you in Kuwait?? I too am in Kuwait, since past 5 years, I hardly go out flying as I have no flying partner..Im in Mangaf!!
