I am thinking of repairing my esc. If anyone have any experience you share it with me.

The thing i am working on is YGE 120a esc. It is German made esc very good quality. Can handle upto 14s of power and continuous 120amps of current with adequate cooling. And costs around 300 euros.

Background story, I had it on one of my heli, and the motor wire break loose during the flight (which i suspect happened as i found the motor connectors won't hold together tightly) , the heli was smoking, was able to save the esc.

In the pictures you can see the damage. One the mosfet rails blew up. Now if i power the esc the top part of it seems to work as it lights up and i dont see any damage there. While the bottom half is burnt.

Let me know what you guys suggest.

the most common problem is mosfet burning, which can be easily repaired by changing it, but your board pcb looks burned too. Try posting a clean picture of image 2 and 3
