how to get rid of glue gun hairs
This is serious problem in rc hobby.
String stuck in hand. After washing hands, glue gun strings(or hair) still in hands.
Please tell your solution.

Wipe the tip after application,
If there are strings all about your model, run a lighter quickly it generally vanishes...
If its stringing so much, perhaps your gun isn't hot enough?

My glue gun very hot. I touched melted glue and experienced hot temperature of glue.

Hot does not mean if you get burnt only. And touching is not the method to find the temperature of the glue gun.

But, its too hot and could cause severe burns. Even after application the glue continues to stay hot for some time. So careful.

I am crazy for rc.
I don't want to touch hot glue but sometimes, a drop of hot glue fall on my hand and i always shake my hand to get rid of hot glue. I got many injuries from rc hobby.
Back to question,
If i clean tip of hot glue then Thermocol will melt because glue gun tip is very hot when i use it for long time.

I am also waiting for other's solution.

i have heard stories of glue gun explosions too, so do be careful while using it
