I need your help to buy a off road bike of 125cc or above. Please help me choose the right one. My budget is a maximum of 2 lakh.

Go for an imported used Yamaha YZ125/250cc. You better search for one at pune.

Thanks but I don't want a used one. And as for RE Himalayan, I don't wan't that kind. I want a dirt bike like KTM MX series ( which is not available in India).

 I'm not the OP Tongue BTW most RC enthusiasts like cars/bikes. So both of these hobbies have a big overlap. I see no harm in posting about cars/bikes. I will not hijack the thread any more..

Not a ques of which board you post on. Are you an aeromodeller or a biker?
Most welcome if you are an aeromodeller.
If not, please do not get around a one week ban by starting a new ID.
There must be other forums meeting your dirt bike needs.

In that case
Welcome to RCI.
Once you are known as an aeromodeller/rc enthusiast on the forum, posts about unrelated subjects would be acceptable in say 'ChatterZone'
For example, of my 2000+ posts, i doubt if more than 10 have mentioned things like my 1955 fiat restoration, 1956 Royal Enfield Ensign, etc.

So please do not start with dirt bikes etc, that are normally outside the scope of this forum.
Start with your rc/aeromodelling experiences.
Members would then be happy to hear of your activities in other fields.

Did you see my spoof on your posts?
Hope you didn't mind too much Wink

Looking forward to your next post in 'What r/c activity did you do last weekend'

Mr. K.K. Iyer, I'm sorry to tell that I won't be able to do much of interesting RC stuff for a few months because I am entering college this year. I would be getting my licence this year and hence wanted to buy a dirt bike. I did try posting in two bike forums but they rejected my posts.

Anyways, I am planning to make a model rocket in mid or end of may. I hope I am able to do the project. I will definitely post a video of the rocket, if I really do it.
