When i try to get in touch with my local post office, they say that they are facing some technical issues due to which they aren't able to pull up any details. It is almost 2 months now. It says held by customs on 2017-12-28 12:49, But the Bangalore Sub Fgn post is updated post that at 13:33 on the same day. Does it make any difference? If the customs office is not far from where you live, you may pay them a visit.
It would be much better if you could get hold of the bill when you go to the office. From 30th decemeber its being held by customs. Could action camera be a problem?

I haven't received my order till and no status update since 15th May. Is it due to Karnataka elections?
