Interestingly the dates after which no information coincides with the dates given by SiddharthMohanta. I have been waiting patiently. this is not the first time im importing a quad, this one is a tiny indoor FPV just the quad and cam attached no Radios nothing. I haven't yet received any show cause notice or letter. please share if you guys have any insight regarding the delay? apparently I received a FPV headset which I ordered along with this. could this be due to the shipping clearance due to Chinese new years?

As per the new rules you can easily import drones to India, provided they are toy grade or micro or nano drones within 250 grams of weight and doesn't go above 200ft. find info here https://factordaily.com/drone-uas-regulations-india-2017/ you only have to worry if you are importing DJI or heavy quads above 250gms or more than 2kg, then you are in big trouble.

 I have cleared the same with the commissioner in bangalore foreign postoffice in dec 2017, when I imported an eachine racer 250 which was BNF version as well as eachine aurora, along with a brand new taranis xpd plus.

My parcels were withheld couple of times for the racer 250 and was sent a show cause notice where I just had to go provide my ID and talk to the commissioner along with printouts of manuals just to prove them that this is pure hobby purpose. the process was very smooth.

As for my current parcel the quad weighs is around 25- 30 gms having 6mm motors along with a nano camera mounted on it. which shouldn't be a problem at all and hence im pissed of with the delay.

Hii guys.. I have purchased camera Drone from Wish.com worth Rs.2600. Now the item is in Bangalore sub fgn post from 21.03.18(8days). It's sent from  singapore to India post and Tracking number is RY911759539SG.

Do I need pay custom for this? Why it's still in same status from 8days. Please someone help...

People in the post office don't update information very well. The tracking number is made to know where is your package.

Hii bro @glid3r.. my nano drone is also struck in Bangalore sub fgn post sine 25days. Now I got a letter to submit NOC from DGCA.
I called and spoke to custom dept. They said without NOC they r not going to release it. and I told about new rules he said this is just a draft and we have not received any notification about it.

Just a key chain... It's highly unlikely it should have customs complications.. Was there any wireless gadgets in it? If not suggest you wait for sometime, since you havnt received any intimation from customs...

Sorry to say,but i dont think you gonna receive the it.. there is no point arguing with customs, and no way of getting NOC that easily.. so try to get refund from seller...

Tracking status is "Send item abroad (EDI-received)" from 31st March.
Parcel stuck at "Send item abroad" and took more than a month but parcel didn't reached India(destination country) after 1 month.

Nowadays  lipo battery are not getting shipped to India, Its getting stopped from source country itself by the airliners.

I tried ordering lipo/li-ion battery some time back using Belgium post and didnt reach India...I had to wait for 2 months for raise refund request...
