Hello everybody,
I recently placed an order at rcmumbai for flysky th9x and made the payment to them through CC pay Avenue(which I was redirected to automatically). I got a reference code at the end of my transaction but I did not note it down( ). Now when I go back to the Orders page on rcmumbai, it says that its still awaiting payment. Why is this happening? Neither did I get a mail conforming the order nor did I get any message from them. Is my money gone??
Please help me out guys!

You should've talked to them. I am sure either Chintal or Dewang would've responded to you.

Just wait. Message the support with your order number saying that payment has been done. For getting your transaction ID or details login through the bank account or the card you used to pay.

Did you feel it was a good idea to make a post here than actually call them?

Also, lots of problems with RCM lately, hope they don't go down the hobbyshop road.

It seems the redirection from ccavenue to the merchant website after successful transaction got interrupted. That is the reason the order status is still shows awaiting payment.
If the transaction is successful at the payment gateway, there is notification from ccavenue to the merchant. Also, in the ccavenue merchant panel RCM can verify the payment status.
Send email to RCM and they will take care. May be some delay will be there due to week end and Sunday.
Nothing to worry.

Ok. I had contacted Rcmumbai and they said that they will need atleast one day to sort that out.

Yeah Cycloned is absolutely correct! These guys are trying hard and bringing us the stuff for cheap even though they are facing problems with customs, the increasing dollar rate,etc. You should have waited a bit more patiently. Why turn up and post such things on forum?
