I never knew APMs like Papparazzi are under restricted category of Customs like Tx! They are already quite restrictive in functionality to be used serious miscreants .

But I fear such APM with reliability and features could be developed without very organised and continued project. The project should be piloted by a good profs  and should cover committed students come and go. All the best to the team.
