I had seen that site earlier, with no activity, before I started on RC India.  It looked like a bare install of the forum, with no mods added, and little maintenance.  But it did make me feel reassured that people were looking for alternatives 

Any how, the issue now seems to be that the domain registration and hosting has expired.  It was active a few days ago. It seems to have expired on May 23rd.

  Registration Date.... 2008-05-23
  Expiry Date.......... 2009-05-23

it was register by my friend, we thought of doing something but due to lack of time n commitment we finally let it go besides rcindia is here so we don't need anymore sites

and thanks to anwar all that we wanted to do is being done at rcindia
