Recently, I have a talk with a worker of lipo battery manufacturer company and he posted on facebook about lithium cobalt oxide (LiCoO2) is doubled. As LiCoO2 price is doubled which is main raw material, now all company in china will be affected and LiCoO2 price will increase in future.
And price of silicon wire is also rising...

True.
Here the main hero is Cobalt whose price is rising. It is not very abundant material but is mainly used in li-ion batteries. Having insights about the price of Cobalt apple bought its share long long ago. Smart guy.
Thanks for the post man. It gave me an opportunity to share what I know.

Bro, LiMnO2 is also used for the battery instead of cobalt. So , All Lipo prices may not be rising. Btw , I think that using different compounds for the battery may affect the performance of the battery.
