so i unboxed a brand new gws mini stick ,build it without any modification from my side and then this happened ,

when giving throttle it is going vertical up not controllable and when no throttle it becomes nose heavy . i measured the cg right but every measurement goes wrong when it is in air .

please ignore the abusive language in the video which i am attaching  as  this happens when some one get horrified by a plane .thankyou

ok one more thing i want to add .this video is the very first one and i can fly it bit but second video is deleted some where you can clearly see what i am talking about  ,when i mount the motor straight on the carbon fiber rod , after that i took the factory made bend down right mount and this made the situation worse then before as the plane was now totally uncontrollable ,i mean why ,why ,if i am following a manual from the factory then why it is not working  .

model weight 260 grams

3s 500 mah
1500 kv donkey micor motor
18 amp esc

Don't wake a Tiger until you've factored the teeth

No video, but from the description above:

1. Probably a little tail-heavy, with overpower or too large a prop giving excess thrust
2. A little nose-heavy, with inadequate downthrust on the motor
3. A combination of 2. above with an oversize prop

1 if it is tail heavy then why it dives on no throttle
2 i have even tried to shift the battery back then the situation become worse .
3 kit comes with 8 inch prop so as i said i did no modification ,the thrust angle is down right as motor mount comes with kit

Re:

Tail heavy models stall and go into a dive. I can't see the video now, but will do so later and revert

Maybe try adding some weight to the front? And also, check your throws and rise throttle, if theres any issue with control surfaces then you might come to know, as SanjayRai Sir told, it might be tail heavy, make sure the cg point is correct. Its normally 25 percent of the body length from front.

Perhaps you could recheck...
(Maybe you meant 25% of the chord from the leading edge)

Finally saw the video, difficult to make out from this

Suggestion: Reduce throws first, especially elevator, and try again

If CG is correct, please check wing incidence, stab incidence and difference between them (decalage).
