I wanted to ask you all for any help / suggestions on my recent order with Rcbazaar.com. i recently placed order for couple of lipos on rcbazaar.com and had to choose mumbai outlet as per the stock availability. i completed the payment and have been waiting ever since for order updates. Its been close to 6 days and i still do not know what is the status of my order. When i call their office in Bangalore, they say there is no phone number for their Mumbai outlet and that they would "Inform their counterparts" in Mumbai but nothing happens. They also asked me to email to their helpdesk which i did. but nothing happened. No information whatsoever and no reply. Any suggestions on how to sort this out? Thanks Siddharth |
