Yes...I could see them out of stock....But even if the Lipo's are in stock they may not ship it to India..

I just changed my default address to some USA address in Banggood and now the Lipo's are showing as 'in stock'. I am able to add to card and getting shipping option as well.

So, I guess the default setting for lipos for Indian address is 'out of stock'. Even if you try to add, it prompts 'item cannot ship to your location'.

I got a couple of these 45C 3S batteries and they have terrible voltage sag, and the actual mah is 1250 instead of 1500.
