Who knows what they are getting. +1 I agree. The best way to discourage is to not respond. So far I’ve only protested against queries regarding parcels stuck in customs containing shoes, sunglasses and food! But as you say, who knows what they are getting. Wonder how these people even come to know of this forum? Popularised by large number of queries and responses?
