Urban Flying At It's Best

When I first got into the hobby, I was wondering where I would be able to fly. I started in a Sports Complex full of fences and light poles. Then I found a 20 acre field that now is being developed for industry. I just found 35 acres of open field but I can't find out who owns it.

Is all this necessary???

I just stumbled on to this video and it amazes me every time I watch it.
