Parcel stuck in Send item to customs (Inb)

Hello all,
I had ordered 2 camera lenses from Ebay Japan, they are stuck in Send item to customs (Inb) from 15th onwards.
Is there in way to get these delivered fast?
Tracking numbers are : EN036742662JP and EN034269145JP
