Paypal reversed my transaction! What should I do?

I recently ordered a few items amounting to $128 from Hobby King and used Paypal to checkout...
The payment went on smoothly but I got an email from paypal saying this:

and then i went into my HK account which says this

PayPal is on your own side. You can always order stuff, or complete a stuck payment. Crackers are at loose at everything these days : Linkdin, PayPal, Visa and MS ....They might have run through the audit trail and found something really suspicious. Please log on to PayPal and do check and confirm:

1. Your primary and backup mail id
2. Address
3. Phone number.

ensure that no unknown entry exist. Also change the password and retry to complete the payment. You can go to your HobbyKing Order page and see incomplete payments to save from doing the Cart all over again.

I know that... and i changed all info when i logged in paypal yesterday.. now my question is... where is my money? who has it and will it be returned?

The thing is that this order is not in my order history..... and it says "Cancelled" even when i paid for it!
I ordered through my dad's HDFC bank credit card... if the amount has to come back from paypal, how will i receive it?

I am not a PayPal agent so this is from my experience. I've bought quite some stuff from other lesser reputed Chinese and US websites and paid via PayPal and have had the orders cancelled. The money should be back in your account in about 3-5 days, once PayPal reconciles their accounts. If you paid using credit card on your paypal, the money will be credited to your credit card account. Best would be call up PayPal support and ask for support. **it is important to note, for Indian buyers that Paypal expects you to have a bank account attached to your PayPal account because as per RBI guidelines, any money credited to your paypal account must be further withdrawn to your India back account within 7 days.** Paypal will ask for your PAN when you attach a bank account to your account. Do not worry, if your order is cancelled, please write to HK specifying that it is cancelled and request them to expedite the refund.

I ordered through my dad's HDFC bank credit card...
That's the reason i believe. All CC(s) linked to your accounts must be yours and not someone else's. You have to resolve this case first.
