No Debit Card from India will work on PayPal... It is due to the regulations from the RBI.... More eover PayPal considers India to be a land of spam... So they have stopped accepting DebitCards from India. You will also have to upload your PAN Number.. Which will route your payment details directly to the IncomeTax dept... If you do not put your PAN Nuber, you account will be restricted from using most of the privilidges. Any payment you made will be blocked until you fullfill the formalities.. You will have to call PayPal and talk to them also...
