Saw this coverage of Jet planes at the Jet-Flugtage festival in Germany on page 15 of 3rd Aug edition of Time of India Bangalore:

http://lite.epaper.timesofindia.com/getpage.aspx?pageid=15&pagesize=&edid=&edlabel=TOIBG&mydateHid=03-08-2010&pubname=&edname=&publabel=TOI

Only funny thing is that the author has referred a Bi-Plane (Bipe) as 'Double Decker' Plane!  Giggle Giggle Giggle
Hope they don't look for seats in the upper and lower wings  Bow Bow

<Anwar, how about a sticky thread to report any  R/C coverage we see in public forums like News papers, TV News, magazines etc? >

Just reminds how much rare hobby ours is!!

But then there are people I bet, who could recognize planes from their engine sound, like 'Private Quelch' from the classic story 'The Man Who Knew Too Much' by Alexander Baron.

Well actually the error (Doble decker) wasn't from our reporter after all.
See the link from where it was taken by ToI

Ahhh! "Doppeldecker"
Now I see, so was the original reporter of German decent or did the UK Telegraph pick up the article from a German paper and did a literal transalation?
