my remote control helicopter ordered on aliexpress is stuck at bangalore customs. i m attaching pictures and files.will it b cleared or confiscated.will i b served notice?

Of course you will be served a notice, and it will definitely be held by customs. until you can explain to them the reason for importing this item. Which is classified under the drone category and very much restricted.
