 at last its is retained by custom for unspecified reasons so is it normal or i have to contact the office and if yes then please help me out .

you ve to contact customs. they might ask you for what's there in the box, or they might ask you to send the invoice. if they ask what's there in the box then just say it's a toy copter, for children.

Hi, you can check their no. at their website. You can also mail them. There is going to be no problem, just mention that it is a toy. At the most they can do is they ll permanently hold your parcel.
