I am not sure, but all of a sudden, bank fraud call started to came (truecaller told earlier, so that i can prepare) just after regestering in robu.in.
I was surprised to see that it only has cellphone number as user id, and otp verification, but not email id verification. The call started after a few hour, and appx. on daily basis. While asking them sometime silly question, they started to give bad languages, watching that i have caught them. I am so sure that i have not shared the number to other except my very close person, and have not registered to any sites, or offers.
Please you can test to be sanguine more. They check the location, and start local language.
And requested not to use any bank related number to this site.
I am extremely sorry you are getting unsolicited calls. I can assure you it can not be more than a coincidence.
We don't use any 3rd party SMS and call service providers. We have a direct SMS and call gateway from TATA Communications for our Customer care and other different servers.
Our applications/servers are PCI Compliant. We also have multiple layers of firewalls. There are other multiple safeguards as well to prevent any kind of data leak via any of our staff or from outside.
Moreover we ourself haven't sent any promotional SMS/Email or calls, We don't have to. In unthinkable for us to sell any of our data to anyone.
