Title: Retention Reason : Retained by customs for unspecified reason Post by: santy0106 on May 03, 2019, 05:56:19 PM I ordered T-shirt and cap from MotoGP spain on 10th April. On 18th I get to see it is in MUMBAI FOREIGN POST OFFICE. I called them and they said you have to wait. On 26th the status says it is in BANGALORE SUB FGN POST and Retention Reason : Retained by customs for unspecified reason. I do not know whom to call and tried many no's still no luck in contacting anyone. The consignment no : CP900353095ES and I have already paid courier charges. Is there anything to be paid or can I know why it is retained ?
