Title: Returned parcel back to seller aliexpress, have queries please help Post by: najju on April 04, 2016, 10:59:24 PM First of all this is my tracking no "RB028961635SG" (it came through singpost by aliexpress seller and returned back to sender by indian post office, so in order to get my refund back my seller wants item to reach to him, he told it would take 3 months)
Guys please help the parcel I returned to sender shows an event after 2 months passed, it is showing that it is in singapore, why it is in singapore instead of china?? And that too after two months, I am worried will it ever reach to china?? I don't care if it is in singapore may be it is because it is from Singapore post but why in tye first place the seller from china sent it via singapore post? 1) my seller sent the parcel via singapore post so ahmedabad custom department returned back to sender at which address, would they know it and why it is in singapore if they return back to sender? 2)my seller keeps extending purchase protection(he is good guy) waiting to refund my amount so will it go to china after singapore? 3)if the item has to go to singapore why at the time of sending it directly came to my country? 4)after two months finally some status is showing dat it has reached singapore when my country's post returned back to sender, so why is it showing next office as mumbai india?? Is it coming back to my country?? Thanks in advance |
